Four Stages


Focus on outbound marketing communication and consistency. Emphasis on development of communication policies and practices and delivering “one sight, one sound.”

Communication incorporates customer insight at all points of contact. Marketing activities broaden to e encompass internal marketing to employees, suppliers and other business partners to align them with external communication.


Application of customer data to identify, value and monitor the impact of internal and external communication to key customer segments over time. Integration of all customer data for a complete view of customer/brand relationships.


Emphasis on using skills and data generated in earlier stages to drive corporate strategic planning using customer information. Financial information is used to foster return-on-customer investment.
